Feeling the True Essence Underneath Your Words

To speak your essence, to speak from your soul, allows all the extra to fall away – and it allows us humans to connect on profound levels.
This group meeting will help you refine your intuitive, natural ability to feel the truth underneath your words. You’ll learn how to home in on the heart of what is going on for you, rather than get lost in old stories and its list of details. It is so freeing not to be taken for a ride by an old narrative, or even an old concept of who YOU are. When you know how to discern truth from mind’s fiction, life gets easier and clearer. There is so much weight of detail you don’t have to carry around. You come to feel the depth and breadth of your being, regardless of your current circumstances. You come to live your life in the vast, abundant infinity of options – not pinned by the limited imaginings of your habits and patterns.
The group will begin with a guided inner journey to help you expand and make contact with YOUR essential energies and themes. Then there will be time for this focused sharing of essence. If you would like some words of coaching from me after your sharing, that’s a helpful option and allows you and everyone in the group to benefit from each other’s life experience. Though our lives are personal, they are also always universal.
We’ll end with group energy work and meditation to help us integrate the insights and themes that each of us brought that day.
